Shibeal O' Flaherty is a researcher co-leading the Healthier Happier Professionals programme at What Works for Children’s Social Care (WWCSC).
Shibeal is a researcher co-leading the Healthier Happier Professionals programme at What Works for Children’s Social Care (WWCSC), a large-scale project involving conducting randomised controlled trials to build evidence around what works to increase the well-being, motivation and retention of social workers, teachers and police officers across England.
Shibeal is also a full-time PhD student at King's College London with a research focus on designing interventions using behavioural science principles to improve overall well-being in the workplace.
Prior to WWCSC, Shibeal received her MRes (Organisational Behaviour) from UCL in 2019. She was a programme manager for the Harvard Behavioral Insights Group from 2016-2018, and received her MA Psychology (Hons) at the University of Aberdeen in 2015.
