SAT group members

A key element of Athena SWAN is the establishment of a Self Assessment Team, to undertake a thorough assessment of the data. Our SAT has representation from all grades and groups of staff, as well as students.

Athena Charter

The Athena SWAN Charter was introduced in 2005 to encourage advancement of women's careers in science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine in HE. In 2015 it was expanded to include arts, humanities, social sciences, business and law.
