Yann Algan is Dean of the School of Public Affairs and Professor of Economics at Sciences Po, member of the Conseil d’Analyse Économique (Council for Economic Analysis) and of the Conseil National du Numérique (National Council for Digital Technology). His research focuses on populism, social capital, well-being, the evaluation of the public policies, particularly in the area of education and employment, and the digital transformation of public action. He is a member of the Institut Universitaire de France, senior editor of the review Economic Policy, and recipient of two ERC projects from the European Commission.
