This two-day workshop, run by the Core Economics website project and Economics Network, will focus on effective and innovative teaching of economics using the Core Economics website texts (The Economy, Economy, Society, and Public Policy and Doing Economics), and their associated teaching and learning resources. It will introduce participants to the rationale behind the content and pedagogy of Core Economics website and offer practical tips on designing and teaching a course based on these texts. The workshop facilitators will include authors of the Core Economics website texts, experienced educators and a Royal Shakespeare Company trained actor.

Places on this workshop are limited so we encourage you to register early. There is a registration fee of £30 for the event, dinner on 18th June is included. We do not have sufficient funding to support accommodation and travel costs for all participants but will attempt to provide at least partial support if meeting these costs would cause hardship.
